My yoga classes are suitable for complete beginners or those seeking a change in their yoga practice. You do not have to be flexible or be able to sit on the floor to do yoga! In my classes I gently encourage you to explore the landscape of your body, respecting all it has been through in this life and meeting it exactly where it is, today. We will typically start each class with a deep rest, moving through gentle, intuitive movement and finishing with a seated meditation practice, using a gentle mantra or breathing exercise to bring us to a moment of stillness. Everything is an invitation.

These are are small, invitation only, group yoga class (6 max) for women I have met or practiced with previously. Please drop me a line and I will share further details with you.
My yoga offerings are inspired by my own meandering life and practice and the people I meet along the way. Human suffering shows up in so many ways – exhaustion and burnout, chronic stress, identity crises, sex and sexuality difficulties, self-criticism, emotional dysregulation, ADHD related issues, unexplained loneliness, and a body that feels like it’s letting you down in one way or another – voice disorders/vocal tract discomfort, entrenched muscle tension, pelvic health issues, pregnancy loss, difficulties conceiving, IVF recovery, traumas old and new…
No matter the nature of the suffering, there is a universal need among all humans for a sense of safety, deep rest, connection to nature, gentle movement and a compassionate witness. This is what I aim to support you in cultivating for yourself.
I draw from 500+ hours of training in Traditional Hatha Yoga, Pranayama & Yogic Anatomy, Yoni Shakti Yoga Therapy for Women’s Wellbeing, Awareness Centred Deep Listening and Compassionate Mind Training, as well as 20+ years of 3rd level education and clinical experience as a Speech and Language Therapist specialising in voice, mental health and identity. I also hold a Master’s Degree in Women, Gender and Society (a.k.a. Women’s Studies or Gender Studies).
